Annie McMorrow

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annie McMorrow (nee Stankard) late of Glassdrummond Mór, Drumkeerin, Co.Leitrim and formerly of Shivdillagh, Drumkeerin and Omagh, Co.Tyrone, peacefully on 15th March, 2025, in her 87th year, surrounded by her devoted family Michael, Mary, Josie, Gerry, Frances, Paddy and Desmond; sadly missed by her family, her sons in law T.J., Sean and Dave; daughters in law Marie, Frances and Tracey; grandchildren Phyllis, Hayley, Reece, Alex, Luke, Lewis, Lydia and Lily, Annie, Ruairi and Katie; sisters Kathleen and Josie; brother Pat; nieces; nephews; wonderful neighbours and friends. May Annie's gentle soul rest in peace.

Pre-deceased by her husband Michael, father Martin, mother Kathleen, brothers Martin and John, sister in law Bridie and her niece Siobhan.

Annie will be reposing at her late residence on Monday 17th March, 2025 from 4.00pm until 8.00pm and on Tuesday 18th March from 12.00pm until 4.00pm. House private at all other times, please. Removal from Annie's residence on Tuesday evening to arrive at St.Brigids Church, Creevelea at 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 19th March, 2025 at 12.00pm followed by burial in Drumkeerin Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Palliative Care, North West Hospice, Sligo.
