McSWEENEY, Derrigra, Enniskeane and Rathcullen, Templemartin, on August 1st, 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at home.

ANNIE (née McCarthy) beloved wife of the late Owen (Sonny), adored mother of Kay (Coffey), Mary (Gallagher), Eleanor (O’Sullivan), Siobhán (Connell) and Edward. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters Sr. Agnes, Rita and Eileen, sister-in-law Monica, extended family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her sister Bridie and brother Denny.

Reposing at O’Mahony’s’ funeral home, Enniskeane on Sunday from 6.00pm until Prayers at 7.00pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 12noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Enniskeane, followed by burial after in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Marymount University Hospital and Hospice.
