Anthony Callaghan

Callaghan, Anthony, (Saggart, Co. Dublin) 21st April, 2021 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of the staff at St James’s Hospital. Beloved son of Michael and Ann and much loved brother of Rose, Michael, Jackie, Kevin and Mary. Anthony will be dearly missed by his family, brothers-in-law Martin, John and Clyde, his much loved nephews and nieces whom he adored, his three very special friends, Sandra, Estelle and Jennifer, extended family and friends.

Rest in Peace

A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. In compliance with the current HSE guidelines, the funeral will be limited to 10 people. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message in the section below “Condolences”. Anthony’s family would like to pay special thanks to the staff at Tallaght University Hospital, for the wonderful care they gave to him while there before St James’s Hospital.

The Funeral cortege will leave Anthony’s residence at approximately 10.40am. Anyone wishing to line the route are welcome to do so while observing guidelines relating to social distancing and the wearing of face masks.
