Anthony Conmy, Toorglas East, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar surrounded by his loving family on 12th March 2025.

 

Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Sarah.

 

Beloved husband of Breege and dear father of Sarah, Marian and Patrick. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and children, his son-in-law Anthony Doherty, sisters Eileen Gardiner (Crossmolina), Mary Carr (Oranmore, Co. Galway), Sadie Mills (London), Martina Mills (Belmullet) and Breege Coyle (Belmullet), brothers Michael (Toorglas East, Belmullet) and Seamus (Belmullet), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law Annie Ruddy (Carnefowler, Belmullet), nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Anthony will repose at the residence of his daughter Sarah and her husband Anthony Doherty, Gortmellia, Barnatra (Eircode – F26 X23V) on Friday afternoon from 2 o’clock until 6 o’clock and on Saturday afternoon from 2 o’clock until 6 o’clock. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Glencastle on Sunday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Glencastle New Cemetery.
