Passed away peacefully but unexpectedly, in the exceptional care of the staff in Beaumont Hospital on Wednesday, 31st December 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Kevin (May 2025) and Margaret, sister Esther Duffy, aunt Rose Myles and mother-in-law Patricia.

Beloved husband and best friend of Ursula (née Mee) and dear brother of Catherine Moran.

Anthony will be forever loved and missed by his heartbroken wife, sister, brothers-in-law Tommy, Dermott, Damian and Conor, sister-in-law Helen, father-in-law Declan, adored nephews and nieces Kiefer, Finian, Karis, Taidgh, Taroch, Searlait, Sarah, Robert, Sophie, Fergal and Joe, his much loved dog Teddy, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends, and by all who knew and loved him.

Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street [A91Y3CX] on Friday from 11am to 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning from his home, Sandfield Gardens at 11.10am on foot to St. Oliver Plunkett Church [A91DD56] arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by cremation in Lakeland’s Crematorium, Co. Cavan [H12RF78}.

House strictly private at all times

No flowers please, donations if desired to Beaumont Hospital via the link below, a donation box will be available in the funeral home.
