The death has occurred of
ANTHONY (TONY) BUCKLEY
Buckley (Horgan’s Buildings) On February 23rd 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender and loving care of the Staff at The Bride Unit, Ballincollig Community Nursing Unit, Anthony (Tony) late of Cork Harbour Commissioners, beloved husband of the late Essie (nee Cahill), loving father of Michael, Carmel, Thaddeus and Rose. Brother of the late Mary and father-in-law of the late Paul. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Sam and Helena, grandchildren especially Teri, great-grandchildren, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge on Wednesday (25th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (26th) at 11.00am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough. Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
