The death has occurred of
Anthony (Tony) Burke
BURKE Anthony (Tony) (Foxrock, Dublin 18 late of D.I.T Aungier Street, CIE and a founding member of CLG NA FIANNA, Mobhi Road) March 7th 2017 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of Professor John Crown and the staff of both the Cara and Cedar Wards, St. Vincent’s Private Hospital after a long illness borne with incredible strength and determination.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret. Sadly missed by his loving daughter Helena, son-in-law Derek, much adored grandchildren Caoimhe, Claire and Eoin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.
Removal Thursday to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Foxrock arriving at 5pm. Requiem Mass Friday at 11am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society
