Anthony (Tony) Campbell

The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Campbell, Cremartin Road, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Wednesday, 5th January 2022, peacefully in the care of the staff of The Mater Hospital Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Bridget, sister Phyllis and brother Jimmy. Tony is lovingly missed by his devoted wife Dolores, his adored children Paul, Niamh and David, six grandchildren, sisters Bridie and Bernadette, daughters-in-law Annmarie and Geraldine, son-in-law Brendan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Tony will repose privately at his home among his family and friends. In keeping with Government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings a family funeral will take place for Tony. The funeral cortège will leave from the family home on Friday at 1pm travelling via the Ballybay Road, arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney for Requiem Mass at 1:30 pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
