Anthony (Tony) Dillon

Formerly of Lower Main Street, Arklow. Suddenly, beloved husband & best friend of Helen (née Sweeney), cherished son of Maisie & the late John & adored brother of William, Ned, Brendan & Mary. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife, mother, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law Virginia, nephews, nieces, relatives & many friends.

In accordance with government guidelines, Tony’s funeral will be held in private. A service in celebration of his life will be held in Sweeney’s Funeral Home at 1pm on Thursday & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via livestream on

Afterwards we will walk to St. Gabriel’s cemetery where Tony will be laid to rest.
