Anthony (Tony) Flanagan

The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Flanagan – Chestnut Drive, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and formerly of Flanagan Brothers, Killyon, Hill of Down, Co Meath – December 19, 2021 (peacefully) aged 62 years, in the company of his loving wife and family in the tender care of the Palliative Care Unit at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Predeceased by his parents Tony and Patricia.   Tony will be very sadly missed by his wife and best friend Anne (Logan), his sisters Anne (Toner) and Claire (Kinneavy), brothers Michael, Joe, Paul and David, sisters-in-law Maggie, Ann, June and Susan, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends and his beloved pets Spooner and Marley.

Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Cathedral of Christ the King Mullingar and may be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie. Private cremation will take place afterwards. House strictly private please and the family thank you for your understanding in relation to current guidelines on social distancing and mask-wearing.
