Anthony (Tony) HOPKINS

Hopkins, Tony (Chopper) (Ballyfermot, Dublin 10) 14th December 2025, passed away surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of the Mary Mercers Ward, St. James Hospital. Beloved husband of Maria, loving father to Tony, Keith, David, Paula, Jennifer, Sarah. Loving Granddad to Robyn, Dylan, Mia, Cian, Anthony, Harper. Great Grandfather to Hope and Tilly. Pre-deceased by his loving Mother Tess , brothers Tommy, Dessie, Timmy, his sisters Carmel and Margaret and nephews Tony and Eric. Tony is lovingly remembered and very sadly missed by all his family, sisters Anne, Teresa and Gina, brothers and sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law Eileen and Paula, sons-in-law Stephen and Warren and his many nieces, nephews, aunt, cousins, kind neighbours and many dear friends.

Reposing at his family home on Wednesday evening from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 11am in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Ballyfermot, followed by burial in Goldenbridge Cemetery, Inchicore.
