Anthony (Tony) POWER, Hillside Drive, Mullingar (formerly of Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny) Retired Officer of the Merchant Navy and former owner of Power Electric, January 14, 2025 - (peacefully) in the company of his loving family, in the excellent care of the nurses and staff at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar; pre-deceased by his parents James and Nell Power and his niece and God-daughter Sarah Barry Turley. Beloved husband and best friend of Maura, Tony will be deeply missed by his wife and loving son Declan, his sister Treasa (Barry), brother-in-law Gene, nephews Garrett and Eoin and niece Lydia (Byrne), relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Shaws Funeral Home, Bishopsgate St. Mullingar (N91 RY65) on Friday, January 17, from 4.00 o'c. concluding with prayers at 6.30 o'c. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11.00 o'c. in the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar, followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.
