Anthony (Tony) Ryan

Derrahiney Portumna Co. Galway formerly of Kilriffith, Dolla, Nenagh, Tipperary. Tony passed peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brothers Danny, Michael and Joe. Tony will be sadly missed by his loving wife Aggie, daughters Mary and Breda (Purcell) and sons Donal and Anthony, sister Phil (Finnegan) and brothers Sean and Flan, daughters in law Debra and Teresa, son in law Conor, grandchildren Katie, James, Nhan and Finn, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Mass will be celebrated for the repose of Tony's soul in St. Brigid's Church, Portumna, Sunday, 22nd August, at 10.30am. For those who would have liked to attend the Mass, but can't due to the current restrictions, Tony’s Mass will be streamed live on the following link TONY’S FUNERAL. Following Mass, Tony will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. Tony’s Cortège will leave his home, on Sunday morning at 9:45am, to make its way to St. Brigid's Church via St. Brigid's Road. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Galway Hospice Foundation https://galwayhospice.ie/donate/.
