Antoinette (Toni) Phelan
(née Fortune)

Monkstown, Dublin

Phelan Antoinette (Toni), née Fortune, Monkstown, Co.Dublin 20th September 2023.

Peacefully, in the presence of her loving family, and in the tender care of the nurses and staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital Dublin. Much loved wife of the late Tom and beloved mother of Orla, Ronan, Rossa and Emer. Devoted sister to Fr. Bill, Desmond and Gaye (d.18.03.2013).

 

Very sadly missed by her twelve grandchildren, extended family and friends.

 

According to her wishes, body donated to medical science, UCD School of Medicine. Requiem Mass on Friday, 29th September, at 10am in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
