Attracta McDermott (nee Dempsey), Lackaghbeg, Turloughmore, Co. Galway.
October 20th 2022, (Peacefully and unexpectedly after a short illness in the wonderful care of the staff at UHG);
Beloved wife of Sean and cherished mother of Cara and Laura. Deeply missed by her family, sister Gerardine, nieces, nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Attracta was predeceased by her parents Paddy and Kitty Dempsey and her brother John.
Rest in Peace
Remains arriving at the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (H65 N129) on this Monday October 24th for her Funeral Mass at 1.00 p.m, with Burial afterwards in Lackagh New Cemetery.
Mass will be live-streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and also broadcast on parish radio, 106.9 FM.
In accordance with best practice guidelines regarding Covid 19, the family request no shaking of hands.
Attracta’s family wish to thank everyone for their support, understanding and co-operation at this very difficult time.
