Audrey Pickering
(née Stevenson)

Pickering, Audrey – 11th April 2026, - Malahide. Peacefully at home in her 91st year.

Loving daughter of the late Veda and Joe Stevenson. Predeceased by her husband Frank, her sister June and brother Geoffrey.

 

Very sadly missed by her sister Beatrice, sister-in-law Irene, cousin Hilary, nieces Karen, Melanie, Candi and Daisy, nephew Jamie and their partners, great-nieces and great-nephews, friends and neighbours.

 

A special thanks to Audrey’s great friends Anne, Roy and Jimmy and all her lovely neighbours who have helped and supported her so much over the years in Malahide. Also, to the medical teams in Beaumont Hospital, Bons Secour Hospital and Malahide Family Practice who have looked after her so well.

 

Thank you Audrey for your decency, kindness, generosity, practicality and positivity always. Your friends and family will remember. You wanted to live a simple and peaceful life and you did exactly that. We are all better for knowing you.

 

At Rest

 

A short service for Audrey will be held in Mount Jerome Garden Chapel on Friday the 17th April at 2.15pm.
