Austin DUFFY

Austin Duffy of Shankill and formerly of Sallynoggin, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully, on Saturday 22nd July 2023, with his loving wife Dympna by his side, after an 18 year battle, fought with great courage and dignity. Austin will be fondly remembered for the joy and positivity he brought to his family and friends and his love for “The Dubs”. He will be deeply missed by his wife Dympna, sons Kevin and Eoin, granddaughter Finley Rae, brothers and sisters Frank, Maria, Pauline, Breda and Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Sincere thanks to the attentive and diligent staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, for the kind and compassionate care shown to Austin and his family.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Tuesday (July 25) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Service on Wednesday (July 26) at 11.30am in the funeral home, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
