Austin Fitzpatrick

Austin Fitzpatrick, Aughnacor, Derrylane, Killeshandra, Co. Cavan. Wednesday 15th October 2025, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Aidan and Kathleen, sister Camilla.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, wife Nancy, sons Kieran, Ronan, Gareth, Damien and Austin, brothers Donal, Aidan, Brendan and Martin, sisters Margaret, Celestine, Kathleen, Carmel, Dolores and Deirdre, daughters-in-law Sharon, Andrea, Edel, Paula and Zita, grandchildren Ruairí, Orla, Jack, Katie, Lucy, Aidan, Tom, Aoibhín, Gearóid, Roísin, Éala and Seoidín, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Austin will be reposing at Lawlor's Funeral Home, Ernehill, Belturbet, (H14 R583) on Friday evening from 5pm until evening prayers at 8pm.

Leaving his residence on Saturday morning at 11.30 to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Killeshandra for 12 noon Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed live via the parish website at https://www.churchtv.ie/killeshandra/
