Born in Esfahan, Iran, Aziz carried throughout his life a deep love for his heritage, his family and his faith. A devoted follower of Bahá’u’lláh, his steadfast belief guided his life and shaped the way he cared for others. He endured imprisonment in Iran for his devotion to the Bahá’í Faith, remaining unwavering in the faith he cherished.
Those who knew Aziz will remember his quiet strength, and gentle kindness. His presence brought warmth and steadiness to those around him, and his legacy lives on in the family he cherished and the many lives he touched.

The family wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and healthcare staff who cared for him with such kindness and compassion over the past two years, and for the comfort and dignity they provided in his final days.

From the Bahá’í writings:
“My God, my Adored One, my King, my Desire! What tongue can voice my thanks to Thee?
I was heedless, Thou didst awaken me; I had turned away from Thee, Thou didst graciously aid me to turn towards Thee; I was as one dead, Thou didst quicken me with the water of life; I was withered, Thou didst revive me with the living waters of Thy utterance which have streamed forth from the Pen of the All-Merciful.”
— Bahá’u’lláh
May his soul be surrounded by the infinite mercy and light of the Abhá Kingdom.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
