Baby Claire Lillian HOUGH
Baby Claire Lillian was surrounded by her loving family when she passed peacefully and comfortably on April 19, 2025 at CHI at Crumlin after a prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease and survived for six weeks postpartum. Claire Lillian is the beloved daughter of Daniel and Carrie, adored sister of Rex, dear granddaughter of Paul and Cynthia Phillips, Jay and Mary Hough, treasured great-granddaughter of Virginia VanDam and Lorraine Burbey. She is dearly missed by her family, neighbours, and friends.
Reposing on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, 78 Walkinstown Road, D12 PWK0, (opposite Supervalu). Removal on Wednesday to Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving for 10:30am Service. Pink flowers welcomed. Donations, if desired, to CHI at Crumlin.
