The death has occurred of
Baby Grace Olivia O'Sullivan
Cherished daughter of her heartbroken parents Amanda and Michael, adored sister of Barry, Emma, Michael and Ryan. Sadly missed by her loving parents, sister, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, grandaunts, granduncles, extended family and her godparents.
A special thank you to Prof. Keelin O'Donoghue, Prof. Eugene Demsey, all the midwives and staff of CUMH for the kindness and care shown to us. Also Fr. Pierce Cormac for baptising Grace.
House strictly private.
Mass of the Angels for Grace on Monday Nov. 8, at 11am in St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry, followed by private burial. Donations, if desired, in Grace's memory to the Féileacáin- Stillborn and Neonatal Death Association of Ireland.
