Baby Jack Brendan William Connolly

Born and passed on the 4th September 2024 in the arms of his heartbroken parents Daniel and Erin Connolly in The Rotunda Hospital, Dublin. Jack only felt love during his three hours of life. He will be adored, remembered and missed forever by his loving Mammy and Daddy, his proud big brother Lucas, forever best friend of twin brother Finn, grandfather Seamus Connolly, grandparents Rosemarie and Gerry Blood, great-grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, godparents and extended family and friends. United in heaven with his grandmother Catherine Connolly.

 

A special thank you to all the team in the Rotunda Hospital who cared so lovingly for Jack both antenatally and postnatally. Especially Dr. Etaoin Kent and the team in the fetal assessment unit.

 

A private family Funeral will take place.

 

The value of life is not measured by the span of its years.
