The death has occurred of Barbara Cahill, (née Keane) of Glasnevin, Dublin and originally Rockfield House, Keel, Achill.
Unexpectedly at home on the 22nd of February 2023. Barbara will be sadly missed by her husband Thomas, daughter Babs, sons Paul and Ron, son in-law Anthony and daughters in-law Róisín and Laila, her beloved grandchildren Ronald, Ben, Luke and Calvin and her brother John, nephews, nieces and extended family, along with their families, neighbours, friends and the wider community. Predeceased by her first husband Liam Smith, sisters Margaret, Mary, Angela and brothers Anthony and Pat.

A memorial service will be held in Mount Jerome on Wednesday 1st of March at 10am followed by a final journey to her home in Achill. The service may be viewed live with the following link Victorian Chapel Service
Barbara will repose in Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Achill Sound from 5pm to 6:30pm. Removal on Thursday 2nd of March at 10:30am for funeral Mass in St Patrick's Church, Pollagh, Achill at 11am. Interment after Mass in Sliabh Mór.
