The death has occurred of
Barry Murphy
MURPHY, (Breenybeg, Kealkill, Bantry, Co. Cork). On May 30th, 2015, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after an illness bravely borne. Barry, (Peace Commissioner and former Postmaster of Kealkill Post Office), loving husband and best friend of Maura (née Sexton), devoted Dad to Colette, Moira, Barry and the late Seán. Brother of the late Fr. P.J. (SMA), Michael and Celia. Very sadly missed by his sons-in-law George and David, daughters-in-law Maria and Carolyn, brother-in-law Neilie, grandchildren Daniel, Matthew, Eva, Amelie, Juliet and Odhran, niece, nephew, extended family and a large circle of friends.
Funeral Mass on today Tuesday in The Church of the Immaculate Conception at 12 noon followed by burial in Kilmacomogue Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to The Bantry Hospice Project or The Irish Cancer Society.
