Barry (Patrick, Finbarr) O'Donoghue
O’DONOGHUE (Cork) On 16th February 2026, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender and exceptional care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, BARRY (PATRICK, FINBARR), Closes Park, Farranree and late of Irish Steel, Cork, North End A.F.C. and Cork Corporation. Dearly beloved husband of Helen (Nellie, nee Dennehy) and much loved dad of Catherine, Finbarr, John, Mary, Brendan, Colm, Martha, Derek and Deirdre, devoted granda and great granda.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brother-in-law Con, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Friday (20th February) at 11.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday (21st February) at 10.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Curraghkippane. Family flowers only.
