Beatrice Hartigan

BEATRICE HARTIGAN (Beats) (née White) Parkgarriffe Monkstown, Co Cork, formerly Rushbrooke, Co Cork, died peacefully, and gracefully at home, in the presence of her beloved and devoted husband Noel and her adoring family.

Loving daughter of the late Lt. Comdr. Frederick and Kathleen White and cherished mother to Brenda, Darren and Hilary.

Beatrice will be forever loved and sadly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren - Reitske, Cliona, Cian, Ethan, Grace, James and Flynn, her sisters - Lorraine, Brenda and Sally, her brothers - Freddie and her late brother Gregory; her daughter and son-in-law - Aileen and Robert, her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, extended family and friends and all who loved her.

Reposing in the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (January 29th) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (January 30th) in St. Columba’s Church, Douglas which can be viewed on

Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.

The family are particularly grateful to the entire team who cared for Beatrice.
