Bea passed peacefully in the gentle care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Sean May. Loving mother to her daughters Caroline, Deirdre and Susan and to her son John, wonderful nanny to Aoife, Saoirse, Aisling, Eamonn, Zemma, Cathy and Alice. Bea will be sadly missed by her family; sons-in-law Brian, Kevin and Carl and daughter-in-law Sharon, her sister Kathleen, brothers, nieces and nephews, her in-laws, extended family and a wide circle of wonderful friends and neighbours.

Bea will be lying in repose at The Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Tuesday (15th August) with family in attendance from 3.00pm. She will be removed to the Church of St. John The Baptist, Clontarf, arriving for 5.00pm.

Bea’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (16th August) at 10.00am and she will be laid to rest afterwards with her beloved husband Sean in Fingal Cemetery, Balgriffin.
