Beatrice Murphy
(née Maxwell)

Gleann Rua House, Taylors Hill, Galway City, Galway / Ballinagore, Westmeath

(Formerly  Ballinagore, Co. Westmeath)  March 31st, unexpectedly, at home. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Edward (Ted) Murphy and adoring mother  to the late Darragh. Sadly missed and mourned by her loving sons and daughters Clora, Ross,  Mervyn, Shane, Glenn, Edward, Lorna, and Grace. Deeply regretted by her sisters Deirdre and Sr.  Virgilius, brother Cecil, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, her cherished grandchildren, extended family and friends. Remembering also her late brothers and sisters Phyllis, Carmel, Ollie, Mervyn, Robin, Sr. Concepta, Lolo and Vincent.

Rest in Peace. 

A private family funeral will take place in accordance with current Covid-19 guidelines. The attendance at the church, outside the church door and at the cemetery will be limited to 10 people.

 

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Beatrice  at St. Mary’s Church, The Claddagh at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, 7th April. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery. Livestream link for Masshttps://www.dominicanscladdagh.ie/live-webcam/
