Beattie Young
(née Sweeney)
Beattie Young (nee Sweeney) 'Selton', Drumelis, Cavan, August 22nd 2017, peacefully, in the loving care of her family and the staff at College View Nursing Home, Cavan. Beloved wife of the late Michael and mother of the late Collie, Roisín, and Fíona. Sister of the late Micheál and Brian. Will be sadly missed by her loving sons Tomás and Neil, daughters-in-law Ursula and Maryrose, her adored grandchildren Orla, Doireann, Donal, Morgan, Maeve, Laura, Cara and Claire. Sister Teedie, brothers Shane and Peter, sisters-in-law Mary, Maureen and Marion, nephews, nieces all her relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her home tomorrow, Wednesday, from 4pm until 8pm and again on Thursday from 12 noon until 4pm. House private to family thereafter, until removal to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan, arriving at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am, followed by burial in Cullies Cemetery. Family flowers only please , donations in lieu , if desired , to St Christopher's Hospice , Cavan c/o Mc Mahon's Funeral Directors Farnham Rd. Cavan , any family member or Donation Box in Cathedral
