Ben Farrell

Ben Farrell, otherwise known as “Batman Ben”, the adored son and “Super Hero” of Valerie and Alan and the inspiration to legions of volunteers, supporters and well-wishers, after a brave battle, passed at home yesterday the 17th of August 2016 nestled in the mantle of his family’s love and devoted care.

Ben’s memory will be cherished forever by his heartbroken parents, baby brother Jack, adoring grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins extended family, neighbours and many, friends.

Reposing at his home from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday and Friday.  Removal on Saturday morning to The Church of the Sacred Heart, Arbour Hill, Dublin 7 (Military Chapel), arriving for 10.30am Funeral Mass. Thereafter to Glasnevin Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to The Gavin Glynn Foundation (donation box at church). Ben's family have requested that people attending the funeral of Ben would wear bright colourful clothing.
