Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his beloved wife and best friend Ann (née McCabe), his heartbroken children, Bernard (Michelle), Cloughbally Lower, Mullagh, Lynda Brunton (Paul), Curragh Park, Mullagh and Derek (Katie) Sydney, Australia, brother, Andrew, Santry, Dublin, his adored grandchildren, Sean, Kevin, Daniel, Josh, Finlay and Kyle, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing in The Village Chapel of Rest, Mullagh A82DE28, on Thursday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 10am in St. Kilian's Church, Mullagh, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

The Reid family wish to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Palliative Care Team, St James' Hospital, The Oncology Unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda and a special thank you to the staff of McNallys Pharmacy, Mullagh.
