Berna passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, under the exceptional care of the Nurses and Staff at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, on the 31st of August, 2024.

Predeceased by her parents Johnny and Catherine, sister Martha, brothers Peter and Gerard and her nephew David.

Berna will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her devoted husband Tony, daughter Breda, son Ronan, her sisters Marie, Kathleen, Nellie and Bridie, brother John, daughter-in-law Olivia, son-in-law Gary, her grandchildren Maria, Luke, Jamie, Colin and Darragh, her great-grandchild Fiadh, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Berna will repose at Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15) on Monday the 2nd of September, from 5pm to 7pm. Private Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery. Berna’s Funeral Mass can be viewed via the live stream on www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe.
