Berna O’Donnell / Parsons (née Carroll) (Milltown, Dublin 6) 12th May 2024. Peacefully, in the exceptional care of The Four Ferns Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Seamus O’Donnell, who died age 43 in 1976, and later by her second husband Len Parsons, in 2006. Dearly beloved mother of Margaret, John, Barry and Brian. Berna will be greatly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Siân, Conor, Sadhbh, Seamus, Sibéal, Iseult, Clara, Aifric, Kate and Olivia, son-in-law Brian, daughters-in-law Vanessa, Emma and Nicki, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and a very wide circle of close friends in Dublin and Muineagh, Co Donegal. Berna spent the last four years in the wonderful community at The Four Ferns Nursing Home, where she had made great friends amongst both staff and residents.

Requiescat in Pace.

Reposing at her son Brian’s home (D06 TV27) on Tuesday evening (May 14th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of Sts Columbanus and Gall, Milltown, Dublin 6 for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery.
