Bernadette (Ber) Fitzgerald, née Phelan, 464 Mill Street, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.

Unexpectedly, but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on Saturday, 1st July 2023.

Predeceased by her infant son Eoin, her parents Bridie and William (Builder) Phelan, her sister Teresa and her niece Nikisha.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sorrowing family, her husband Pat, daughters Meghan and Niamh, granddaughter Molly, sons-in-law Darren and Kevin, brothers Billy, PJ, Noel and David, sisters Marian and Alice, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May Bernadette Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443) on Tuesday, 4th July, from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday morning, 5th July, at 10am followed by Removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan via Mill Street and Collins Park to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11am.

A Cremation Service will follow afterwards in Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin at 3pm.
