Bernadette (Bernie) Liss, Shrule and formerly of Carnakib, Headford, passed away peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of St. Dominic's Ward, University College Hospital, Galway and in the company of her beloved family. (February 2nd 2024). Predeceased by her parents Margaret & Michael Lee, and her infant sister Patricia. Bernie will be deeply regretted by her loving husband Peter, her cherished children, Ronan, Shane, Ivan & Sharon and her adored grandchildren, Mark, Conor, Emma, Liam, Lorna, Eoghan, Amy, Peter, Fionn & Róisín. Her daughters in-law, Claire, Táuna & Trisha, & her son in-law John. Her sisters Mary McHugh (Headford) & Martina Nally (Kilconly), her brothers Pat (U.K), Finbar (Headford) and all other relatives, friends & neighbours.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest Peacefully

Reposing at Kilmaine Community Centre (F31 RC95) on Sunday, 4th February, from 5pm to 7pm. Private removal to her home afterwards. Mass of the Resurrection in St. Patrick's Church, Kilmaine (F31 A348), at 1 p.m. on Monday, 5th February. Burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery. House private, please.
