(née Collis)
Bernadette (Bernie) Fitzpatrick, Crossreagh, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan. Sunday, December 3rd, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her loving husband Patrick (Pat), devoted children, Marian (Mark), Joseph and Kevin (Wanna), her adored grandchildren Christian and Patrick, brother Tommy, sister Philomena, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at her home Monday, December 4th, from 4.00pm until 8.00pm.
Parking at St Mary's Church Ballyhaise with shuttle service to and from the family home.
Removal on Tuesday morning to arrive at St Mary's Church, Ballyhaise, for 11.00am Requiem Mass, followed by Cremation in Lakelands, Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.
