Bernadette (Bernie) Gilbride (née Gray) “Sonas” Circular Road, Sligo – March 21, 2026. Peacefully at her home in her 100th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, her sister Sheila and brothers Gerry and Joe. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her family, Carina (Collins), Paul, Niamh (McNamee), Cathal, Oisin and Orla (Hegarty), sons-in-law Pat, Vincent and Gerry, daughters-in-law Ger, Carmel and Sue, her adored seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren, sister-in-law Maureen Gray, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at her home in Circular Road (F91CT9E) from 5pm to 8pm on Wednesday the 25th of March. Removal to Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Thursday morning to arrive for Requiem mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Sligo cemetery. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies can do so on the condolence section below.
