Bernadette (Bernie) Kevitt, née McGuirk, Moneymore, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Ascal Brugha. 14th February 2026. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Nicky and Mona and her brother Nicky. Beloved mother of David, John, Alan and Nicky. Bernie will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters in law Lisa, Joyce and Lailah, grandchildren Brandon, Jessica, David, Abigail, Jamie, Caitlin, Kai, Paige, Taylor and Jackson, her great-grandchildren Eli and Remy, brother John, sisters Vera and Stephanie, brothers-in-law Jim and Ollie, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

 

May Bernie’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda A92 XN75 on Tuesday evening from 4pm until 7pm.

 

 

Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11.30 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church and can be viewed live at www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie.

 

Burial details will follow later.
