Bernadette (Dettie) O’ Brien, née Fitzpatrick, Rosevale, Drogheda, Co. Meath. 22nd January 2026. Peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her daughter Niamh and her son Conor. Loving Mam to Joseph. Dettie will be sadly missed by her son, grandchildren Keenan, Oisín and Euan, brothers David and Brian, sisters Ann, Rose and Sandra, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, great neighbours and friends.

May Dettie Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92 XN75) on Monday evening from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am in St. Mary’s Church which can be viewed live on www.stmarysdrogheda.ie

Cremation afterwards in Dardistown Crematorium at 1:30pm.
