Bernadette O'Malley

Bernadette O’Malley (better known as Bernie), Faulmore, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully on 19thDecember 2025. Predeceased by her parents Michael (Currane, Achill) and Jean O’Malley and her nephew Michael Gerard (JED). Beloved sister of Michael O’Malley (Faulmore, Blacksod), Rosemarie Geraghty (Faulmore, Blacksod) and Yvonne Keane (Glosh, Blacksod). She will be sadly missed by her brother, sisters, brothers in law Mike Geraghty and Michael John Keane, aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, relatives, Staff of the Western Care Respite and Day Services (Belmullet), neighbours and friends.

Gone to the Angels

Bernie will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Sunday evening from 3 o’clock until 4.30 with the funeral arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Aughleam at 6 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.
