Pennywell Road, Limerick and late of the Dublin Road, Limerick
On 6th March 2025, Bernie passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the care of Milford Hospice.
Pre-deceased by her devoted husband Paddy, children Martin, Majella and Ambrose, her great-grandchildren Alison and little Moss.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, Derek, Brian, Kenneth and Padraig, daughters Diane (O’ Connor), Antoine (Carey) and Martina (Power Hurley), daughter-in-law Margaret, partners Emily and Marian, sons-in-law Larry, Michael & Eugene, seventeen grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Peggy, Mary and Ann, wonderful neighbours and friends.
May her gentle soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, Friday, 7th March, from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Arriving for Requiem Mass on Saturday, 8th March, at 11am at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Milford Hospice.
