The death has occurred of
Bernard (Barney) O'Connor
Bernard (Barney) O'Connor, Newtown, Kilcolgan, Co. Galway, who passed away peacefully at home on Monday, 27th September, in his 96th year. Devoted husband of Nora. Loving father of Patricia, Patrick, Bridget, Bernard, Ian, Claire and Michael. Sadly missed by his 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. House strictly private, by request.
Funeral will take place in accordance with current Government and HSE guidelines.
Funeral Mass for Bernard will take place in St. Colman's Church, Ballinderreen, at 12 noon tomorrow, Wednesday, 29th September. Burial afterwards in Drumacoo Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed live on https://www.brightblueproductions.ie/funeralmasslivestream/c7020c09-8576-4f51-9df6-e739417a76e9
