Bernard (Benny) Murphy
Murphy, Bernard (Benny), 7th December 2023 (Sandyford, Dublin 18 and formerly of Castlerahan, Co. Cavan) (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray; beloved husband and best friend of the late Alice and loving and devoted dad to Patricia and John; Benny will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving family, daughter, son, his adored grandchildren Brendan, Lisa, Christopher, Thomas, and Cineád, great grandchildren Megan, Jake, Nathan, Aaron, Keane and Amy, son-in-law Christy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends

Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia, Co. Cavan, on Sunday (10th December) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (11th December) at 12pm in the St Mary’s Church, Castlerahan, Cormeen, Co. Cavan, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
