The death has occurred of
Bernard (Bernie) HEFFERNAN
Bernard (Bernie) Heffernan, late of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on the 4th January, 2020, surrounded by his loving family; dearly loved husband of Celia, much loved Dad of Jackie, Linda and Derek, adored Granda of Gillian, Gary, Rachel, Chris, Joanne, Stephen, Kate and of his 13 great-grandchildren, sadly missed by his brother Joe, sister-in-law Kay, daughter-in-law Jackie, son-in-law Ger, Jackie’s partner John, extended family and friends.
Reposing at his daughter Jackie’s home on Tuesday (7th January) from 5.00pm-8.00pm and at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Wednesday (8th January) from 11.00am until a Funeral Service in Celebration of Bernie’s life takes place at the funeral home at 12.00noon with burial afterwards in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to St. Joseph’s Shankill can be made at the funeral home or online at saintjosephsshankill.ie
