Bernard (Bernie) O'Brien

The death has occurred of Bernard (Bernie) O'Brien, Glavin's Terrace,  Cobh (formerly of Verolme Cork Dockyard, Project Management & Cobh Boys Club / Youth Club). Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of all at Cork University Hospital. Much loved brother of Eddie and Frank and the late Patrick. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers, sisters-in-law Patricia and the late Dolly, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives and close friends and the staff of Cobh Community Hospital who have cared for Bernie exceptionally over the last few years.

Reposing at his brother Eddie's home 'Glendine', Ballyvoloon, Cobh, P24PX62, on Wednesday, 23rd March, from 4pm-6pm, for family and close friends. Reception into St. Colman's Cathedral on Thursday, 24th March, for 1pm Requiem Mass followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. Bernie's Requiem Mass will be live streamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie.
