Bernard (Buddy) Scanlan
Bernard “Buddy” Scanlan of Ballygrennane and formerly Church St., Listowel and Ballybunion, Co. Kerry, on 27th October 2020, beloved husband of Mary (neé Neenan) and dearest father of Brian and Róisín. Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren Cathal, Robbie, Isabel, Hannah, Lila, Ógie and Gavin, brothers Toddy and Liam, sisters Noirín (Walsh) and Eileen (Byrne), son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Jennifer, brothers-in-law Paddy, Con, Willie, Johnnie, Brian and Noel, sisters-in-law Lucy, Kay, Ann, Bridget, Mary, Judy & Angela, relatives, Damien & Joan, neighbours, and his many friends.
Rest in Peace
A private family funeral will take place for Buddy with the Requiem Mass being celebrated at 11.30 am on Saturday in St. Mary’s Church, Listowel, (streamed on www.listowelparish.com) followed by interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Listowel. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Pieta House or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel.
