The death has occurred of
Bernard DUFFY, Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur
(Heskin Court Dublin 4, formerly Churchtown Dublin 14 and Newcastle-upon-Tyne UK)
Peacefully at the age of 101 years in the care of the staff at Clonskeagh Community Nursing Home on 12th February 2022. Predeceased by Lily and their son Gavin.
Sadly missed by his children John, Maurice, Brendan and Anne-Marie, daughters in-law Sharon, Paula and May, loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Wednesday (16th Feb.) from 4.00 pm -5.30 pm.
In celebration of Bernard’s life, a Funeral Service will take place in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium Harold's Cross on Thursday (17th Feb.) at 4.00 pm. and may be viewed following the link, https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/
Family flowers only, it was Bernard’s wish in lieu of flowers, if desired, a contribution be made towards the conservation of the environment or the planting of a tree.
