The death has occurred of Bernard Jeffrey. Emmet Road, Carrickmacross. 12th March 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by his cherished family, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by his parents Michael & Una and his brother Thomas.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family; his daughters Michelle (Stephen) & Susie (Kyle), his much-loved grandchildren; Stephen Patsy, Lottie & Leighton, his brother Joseph, his extended family, neighbours & friends.

Bernard will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Saturday, 14th March from 3pm until 6pm and on Sunday, 15th March, from 3pm until 6pm.

Bernard's funeral cortège will leave the Funeral Home on Monday, 16th March, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, A81 K253, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

No flowers please, donations in lieu, if desired, via donation box c/o Lonergan Funeral Directors or directly to Carrickmacross Cancer Society.
