It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Bernard Mc Namara, Punchbowl, Meelick, Co. Clare, late of Castlepark, Kilmihil and Setright's Pub Cratloe surrounded by his loving family at Milford Care Centre on the 11th December 2025.

Predeceased by his wife Bridie.

Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, daughter Peggy, son Seán, son-in-law Jack, daughter-in-law Christine, grandchildren Meredithe, Mairead, Declan, Catherine, Alison, Elizabeth, Eoin and Niall, great grandchildren Clare and Quinn, brother Senan, sister-in-law Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

May Bernard's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Bernard will repose in St John the Baptist Church, Meelick on Sunday (14th December) from 5:30pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (15th December) at 11am followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 1pm.
