The death has occurred of Bernadette (Bernie) Connolly (née O’Reilly), Cuchalainn Terrace, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her residence Saturday 20th February 2021. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Kevin, Sean, Peadar, Paddy, Maura and Judy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband Patsy, son Paudie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and in respect of Government Guidelines for Level 5, there will be no public wake as Bernadette’s funeral and burial will be celebrated privately by her family (limited to 10).
There will be an opportunity for neighbours and friends to pay their respects as Bernadette’s funeral cortège leaves her late residence on Monday morning to arrive for Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross at 12 noon.
